Bentley’s Pub is downtown Champaign’s neighborhood bar—a cozy spot for craft beer, cocktails, and good company. We’d love to be your go-to.

Bentley’s has a long history in downtown Champaign. Originally opened as Ole Ace’s in the 1970s, it transformed into Bentley’s in the 1990s. You can still see the history in the original tin ceilings, bar, and foundation. Since taking over in 2016, owners Ashley Buerkett and Eric Meyer have been revamping the space—keeping the charm, honoring the past, and elevating the drinks.

Our General Manager, Matt “Fu” Kucera, brings years of bartending experience and creativity to the bar. He’s crafted a standout lineup of house-infused cocktails (our signature InFUsions), including our most popular: the Little White Lie, a coffee-infused tequila that’s earned a loyal following. We also offer seasonal craft cocktails and an ever-changing selection of craft beers. Prefer the classics? Don’t worry—we’ve got PBR, Jameson, Fireball, Bud Light, and all your favorites behind the bar.

EVENT / LARGE PARTY INQUIRIES

Please fill out this form if you are planning to come by with a large group so that we can attempt to prepare for your arrival. This could include:

Going out after a wedding
A bar crawl
A birthday or engagement party

PLEASE NOTE! We cannot always accommodate all parties and this is not a reservation!

For Private Events, you will have to hire one of our door-people for the duration, provide them with a printed guest list, and you will be required to hit a minimum in sales for the duration of the event as opposed to a room rental fee. This minimum is determined by the day and time (i.e. a Tuesday from 6-8 would be less expensive than Friday 11pm-2am). If you agree to this amount, you must hit your minimum target. If you fall short you must pay the difference by the end of the event. Sorry, we cannot accommodate bands.

REGARDLESS OF A PRIVATE OR PUBLIC EVENT, EVERYONE MUST BE 21 OR ABOVE! THIS MEANS NO BABIES OR SMALL CHILDREN!

ALSO, PLEASE, NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR! If you have a special requests (i.e. Champagne or something else we don’t currently offer) please mention this in the comments.
