FAQ

We want to be as transparent and as clear with our customers as possible so please take a moment to review our frequently asked questions so you can better understand our policies before coming to the bar. We realize there is a lot of information here but we hope you understand that every decision we make is for the safety of our staff and our customers.


Do I still have to wear a mask?

No.

But they are absolutely 100% welcome and encouraged!


Do you have karaoke?

NO!

We have not had karaoke since around June of 2016.


Do you have video gaming?

Yes.

We have four gaming machines available as well as an ATM.


Yes but only outside food, no drinks!

We just ask that if you do bring in outside food, that you clean up after yourself. We also do not have any silverware or plates available so please plan accordingly. If you’ve got a water bottle, you may be asked to empty it, but we’re happy to give you fresh water in return! If you are caught bringing ANY outside liquor inside you will be asked to leave immediately as that violates our liquor license.

Can I bring in outside food?


Do you still offer curbside takeout?

Sometimes!

We offer take-out for some items based on availability. All takeout must be purchased before midnight. Please check out our takeout menu here and call ahead to ensure we have the product you’re looking for.


Can customers park in the parking lot behind Bentleys?

Yes.

You may only park in the row of spots directly behind the back fence if you are going to Bentley’s only (please don’t park and walk around downtown). The row opposite is rented out. Please leave the two spots closest to the back gate for our staff.

Please do not park in the Sticky Rice lot and please call us or ask a staff member if you are not sure if you’re in a correct spot. We don’t want you getting towed!

If you’ve had too much to drink and don’t feel safe driving, PLEASE let us know your car will be staying overnight and let us know the make, model, and license plate so we can make sure you won’t be towed!


Do you have darts?

Yes!

We do have two traditional cork dart boards as well as some sets of house darts. We may ask to hold your license until the set of darts is returned. You are also welcome to bring your own darts, but we cannot store them for you. Please note that we also usually have Dart League every Tuesday evening so the boards are usually reserved during that time.


Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no.

While we definitely love furry friends, and used to welcome them, we unfortunately cannot allow animals in the patio any longer, unless it is a service animal. Emotional support animals are not permitted. Thanks for understanding!


Can I enter and exit through the back gate?

The back gate for exiting ONLY.

We ask that you only enter in through the front door so that our bartenders can greet and serve you appropriately. If you are caught entering through the back gate or letting others in through the back gate you will be asked to leave. And absolutely NO drinks are allowed past the gate at any time as it is a violation of our liquor license and can result in fines. If you are caught taking a drink past the gate you may be banned permanently.


Do you have any apartments?

Yes.

We have two and each has one bed and one bath with on-site laundry and parking available for an additional fee. You can always read more and inquire about renting by clicking here.


Can I smoke or vape?

Yes, but only outside.

We do have a patio with a smoking nook and we have ash-trays if needed. If you smoke or vape out front you are NOT permitted to have a drink with you.


Tell a staff member!

We are a bar that strives to make everyone feel welcome and safe at all times. If someone is ever acting violent, inappropriate or is using hate speech in a way that makes you feel unsafe, please tell a bartender or doorperson so we can address the situation.

What happens if I feel unsafe at Bentley’s?


Do you still have happy hour and daily specials?

Yes, on Tuesdays!

Are kids allowed?

No. We are strictly 21+

Because we are not a restaurant and therefore have no food and because we have gaming, we are strictly 21 and up. And no, unfortunately, that’s 21 years, not 21 months. Thanks for understanding!


Do you have merch?

Sometimes.

Depending on the season, we may have tank-tops, t-shirts and/or hoodies available for sale. Call ahead and see what we’ve got in stock! Sorry, no online purchases available.


Yes.

It’s a TouchTunes too so there’s an app you can download if you’d like to play something from your seat.

Do you have a jukebox?


Are you open on holidays?

Most of them!

We open later than usual on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. We usually close for a day or two right after New Years Eve for some deep-cleaning or to complete a project or two. Other than that we are open every other holiday EXCEPT for 4th of July when we close to give our staff a break!
